This book is a result of group work during the course subjects on Indonesian Food Tourism & Destination, Organizational Behavior & Development and The Art of Coffee for the students of the Department of Hotel & Tourism Management. With the collaborations among lecturers, not only to facilitate the project, but also acting as the editors/reviewers, across 3 departments in Hotel & Tourism Management, International Business Administration & Management, and across 3 institutions; between International University Liaison Indonesia (IULI), Universitas Pembangunan Jaya (UPJ), and acting as the publisher of this book, PT.
